This is for a complete set of 23 retired numbers including the newly retired #21. They will ship as individual decals.

Our decals are single color die cut. Decals have no background so the empty spaces will be the color of whatever you place them on.

Most of our sample images the white would be your background and the black is the final product (in the color of your choice).
